While we encourage you to book an appointment, we do accept walk-ins if we have availability. However, we cannot guarantee availability without an appointment.

What are your nail design options?

Can I bring in my own nail design?

Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own design, and our technicians will do their best to recreate it for you.

 

Eyelash Extensions

What types of eyelash extensions do you offer?

We offer classic and volume eyelash extensions.

How long do eyelash extensions last?

Eyelash extensions can last up to 4-6 weeks with proper care and maintenance.

Can I wear makeup with eyelash extensions?

Yes, you can wear makeup with eyelash extensions, but we recommend avoiding oil-based products, as they can break down the adhesive.

How do I take care of my eyelash extensions?

We recommend avoiding water, steam, and oil-based products for the first 24-48 hours after getting eyelash extensions. After that, you can clean them with a gentle cleanser and brush them regularly with a spoolie brush to keep them looking their best.

Hair Removal

What types of hair removal services do you offer?

We offer waxing and threading services for hair removal.

Is hair removal painful?

There may be some discomfort during hair removal, but our experienced technicians take great care to make the process as comfortable as possible.

Do you offer waxing services?

Yes, we offer both full body and specific area waxing services.

Cancellation & Late Policy

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from the appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

What is your late policy?

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will not be able to extend the appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule and charge 50% of the appointment fee.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at (928) 763-6555. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How much will I be charged if I cancel or reschedule within 24 hours?

Cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours from the appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

How much will I be charged if I don’t show up for my appointment?

No-shows will be charged 100% of their scheduled appointment.
